We will send you lots of photographs of the vehicle and a walk-around video when we visit, so you can ‘virtually’ view. This is all part of the time and hassle-saving service meaning you don’t have to travel to its location and see it yourself. You’re paying for our expertise in finding a great vehicle – so we view on your behalf and make sure it’s in excellent condition.

If we feel the car is not right for you when we view, for example if the condition is not as expected, we will advise you of such and we can either renegotiate the price with the seller, or alternatively walk away and begin the search process again to find you a better alternative. This does not increase the fee you pay for our service.

We don’t buy cars to keep in stock ourselves, but we are more than happy to find a buyer for your current vehicle. Because we have fantastic contacts in the motor trade, we will work on your behalf to get you the best possible price to put towards your new car. We undertake this sales service at a small extra charge.

The process usually takes around a month. It can take between 2-3 weeks to find a suitable vehicle, depending on how specific your request. We then take, on average, 7-10 days to check, inspect and deliver.

Yes, we offer a full 12-month fully comprehensive warranty with every vehicle! This is a much better deal than the usual 3-month warranty offered by most dealerships as standard.

In the unlikely event that you don’t LOVE your new vehicle when it’s delivered, you can ask us to find another at no extra cost! Our unique 30-day exchange policy means we’ll guarantee to find you an alternative if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase

Yes, when we’ve completed our background checks we’ll supply you with a full report and any service history paperwork we gather about the vehicle.

If the vehicle has under 6 months when we find it, we will either agree with the vehicle seller to complete an MOT within the terms of the sale, or we will negotiate the price accordingly to include the added cost of an MOT.

Your vehicle will receive a full shampoo valet as standard. This includes a shampoo and wet-vacuum of cloth interior and carpets, leather condition and protectant where applicable, an engine bay clean and a wash, wax and polish. This level of valet on most vehicles is worth around £100.
